These terms govern your use of One Field Theory. By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short.

One Field Theory is operated by Gareth Davies, independent researcher, London, United Kingdom. Contact: gruff@gruffdavies.com.

The nature of the content

This site publishes an ongoing research programme in theoretical physics. The material is work in progress, published live and revised as the research develops. It has not been peer reviewed, and parts of it are explicitly speculative and open to revision or retraction.

Nothing here is professional, academic, financial, or any other form of advice. If you intend to rely on any result, verify it yourself.

Intellectual property and licence

All papers, text, figures, and other content on this site remain the copyright of the author, and are published under the Creative Commons Attribution‑NonCommercial‑NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence (CC BY‑NC‑ND 4.0). This is the same licence under which the papers are deposited on Zenodo, and it applies to all content on this site.

Under that licence you are free to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, including for teaching and study.

On these terms:

• Attribution — you must credit the author, link to the licence, and indicate if any changes were made.
• NonCommercial — you may not use the material for commercial purposes.
• NoDerivatives — if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

Quoting and citing this work for criticism, review, and scholarly discussion is unaffected by the licence — those uses are protected in their own right.

The NoDerivatives term is deliberate, and is not intended to discourage participation. This is a coordinated research programme rather than an open fork: collaboration is genuinely invited, but it runs through the author as project lead, who publishes the papers and credits co-authors accordingly. If you want to work on this — or to do anything else the licence does not permit, including commercial use or publishing a derivative work — please get in touch at gruff@gruffdavies.com.

Accounts

If you register an account, give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and take responsibility for what happens under your account. Accounts that are used for spam, abuse, or attempts to compromise the site may be suspended or removed without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its database, or its infrastructure;
• submit other people’s email addresses to the mailing list;
• use automated means to overload, scrape at damaging volume, or disrupt the service;
• use the site to distribute malware or unlawful material.

Availability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It is a personal research project, not a commercial service with an uptime guarantee. It may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

How your personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
